Job Overview:
As a Spa Therapist, you will deliver services to spa clients, ensuring that all spa protocols are properly performed and adhered to and that performance standards are met.
Responsibilities for Estheticians:
- Performs facials, waxing, tinting and light massage of hands, face and neck
- Promotes and sells retail merchandise to spa patrons based on products used during services provided
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge of Azul Day Spa philosophies, service protocols, and product knowledge
Responsibilities of Massage Therapists:
- Performs full body massage and various body treatments offered by the spa.
- Promotes and sells retail merchandise to spa patrons based on products used during services provided
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge of Azul Day Spa philosophies, service protocols, and product knowledge
Responsibilities of Nail Technicians:
- Performs manicures, pedicures, hand and foot treatment
- Promotes and sells retail merchandise to spa patrons based on products used during services provided
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge of Azul Day Spa philosophies, service protocols, and product knowledge
Qualifications for Estheticians, Massage Therapist and Nail Technicians:
- Graduate of accredited cosmetology program
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

Front Desk Spa Coordinator
Job Overview:
Ensures a customer service oriented experience for customers by maintaining the spa environment, the scheduling of services and assistance with product sales, while fulfilling the following duties:
- Schedule and rebook appointments for customers; place confirmation calls to ensure all appointments are kept or rebooked as needed
- Educate customers about spa products and assist with their retail purchases
- Enter customer information into the spa data base; file paperwork when necessary
- Assist with the inventory control process for all spa and retail products
- Maintain retail, spa and relaxation areas by dusting, sweeping and vacuuming as needed
- Attend monthly employee meetings and promotional event
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma and 1 year related experience in a customer service role. Must have knowledge of MS Word and spa and/or retail experience helpful.
